Employerscorecard.com was conceived of and created in the summer of 2004, while a group of us toiled and worked for this crazy employer in south florida, which will remain nameless.  The original site had and still has a funny survey about your previous employers.  This was meant for potential employees of companies to somehow find out information about a company before taking a job offer.  It is meant for research purposes and not as f’company or some other bad a– site.  It is a serious site in the end, which can really help people deal with an employer as crazy as the one we worked for in south florida.

Since then, the site has received several thousand visits a year and has received numerous mentions in news articles and publications.  In 2006, site bugs were fixed and improved, and now in 2008, the website is undergoing a renassaince, in order to meet the sites original objectives, and to add a variety of new features such as an improved survey, better company results pages, a new wordpress blog and a forum about employers.  As time goes by we will be soliciting our visitors for new and better feature recommendations.  Please take your time to sign up and check us out, as we help you steer clear of crazy work environments.
